Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized magnetic frames

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges Only — No Refunds

Please note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit or an exchange, not a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must still meet our return criteria: unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
This right does not override our no-refund policy — only exchanges or store credit will be issued.
